A Turkish Student and the Board of Regents In what ways can Iowa State University be improved? Perhaps an international student might suggest a new club or organization designed to acclimate foreign students to life on campus. The quality of education at Iowa State has suffered because of these budget cuts, and the Board has not posted any viable methods to attempt to replenish any of those lost dollars.
